Communicative English (S&L)

Independent study for the first-year Speaking and Listening course will be managed through the English Central platform.  Please use the information below to help with your study.


EnglishCentral

1st-year students have special access to English Central while studying in the Communicative English (S&L) course.  Other students can only access the free version.

リスニングスキルを向上させるために、次のステップを試してください：

  1. 適切なレベル（＝少し挑戦的な）の興味深い動画を見つけましょう。動画が面白くなかったり、難しすぎる場合は、別の動画を探しましょう！
  2. タイトルと画像を見てください。聞く前にトピックについて考えてみましょう。
  3. 途中で止めたり、スクリプトや字幕を確認したりせずに一度聞いてみましょう。要点に集中してください（すべてを理解できなくても心配しないでください）。
  4. 新しい言葉を学ぶために、もう一度（特に難しい部分や重要な部分を）繰り返し聞きましょう。
    • スクリプトや語彙の助けがある場合は、確認してください。
  5. 流暢さと語彙力を向上させるために、レッスンを何度も復習しましょう。
